Street Photography

Alongside editorial portrait and reportage work, Andy Hall also specialises in street photography, capturing candid scenes, that strives to say something about how we live in our ever-increasing urbanised spaces. He has a growing reputation in the genre, winning a number of accolades in recent years. He was one of the winners of the PDN sponsored Acuity press “Best of Street Photography 2016” judged by Magnum photographer Alex Webb.

Andy has exhibited his work at a number of Street Festivals and was awarded series Finalist at the Brussels Street Photography Festival in 2019. He has also been named series Finalist in the Lensculture Street Awards 2021, and Singles Finalist in the Brussels Street Photography Festival 2024.

Most recently Andy has won the “Trieste Photo Days Best Author 2025” award curated by Magnum photographer Harry Gruyaert.

His Street photography book “The Same For Everyone” is out now, published by Snap Collective.
